Just adding my first (functional) Facebook app to the list...
@Dave: I emailed you the other day (re: user_external_login_register())... Also wondering how to rewrite hrefs for manually-entered links. Example (which does not appear to work, but I thought it would):

Curlingcalendar.com collects information about international bonspiels and curling competitions from all countries. The site was launched in August 2010 and thanks to the active curlers who have added tournament information it has quickly grown to be the best place to find European bonspiels.

http://apps.facebook.com/guitarlearning/ is challenging way to practice sight reading on the guitar - it was built with Adobe Flex connecting to drupal with the fb module.
My primary site, http://www.guitar-learning.com also using facebook connect to allow users to log in.
I have plans for several additional apps and further fb integration - this is a very helpful module!
