just a few different things.

#1, now that i am getting used to D4FB it's really great.

#2, this is the first time I have ever seen the D4FB website in a facebook page. is this a "canvas" what i am using the page on during this post? does a canvas page require paying facebook to sustain a certain amount of use or bandwidth?

#3, the ever popular asked question without a definitive answer or link to a how-to or anything else - how can i get posts to a users facebook wall when they post to my site forums? either an answer or a link to a how-to/tutorial would be wonderful for this.

Can DfFB send email after user signs up?

I have a site that is getting users via facebook, but they are not taking part in the forums. Is there a way for D4FB to send an email to the users email address, the same way they would normally recieve an intro email?

Also, how can D4FB send things to the Users Wall, the same as a Game on FB does, or other FB App?

Hi, I downloaded and installed fb module on my drupal website (using 6.22). I configured it and it seems to work, but when i publish a content, such a blog entry, it isn't published on my facebook wall.
I created a fan page app and configured drupal with the app id, secret, and so on, but nothing happens.
I created a custom module copying the code from fb_example.module (and changing the "fb_example" string with the name of this custom module) but it still doesn't work.
Can you help me please?

If you are building a new application on Facebook.com, please implement your application using HTML, JavaScript and CSS. You can use our JavaScript SDK and Social Plugins to embedded many of the same social features available in FBML.

Where does an app indicate requested Facebook permissions?

I've looked everywhere, but can't figure out how to specify permissions.

According to the FB docs on permissions, you can include a scope variable with a comma separated list of permissions. Where would you put this when using the fb_user module?

infinite loop when logging in

suddenly, after working just fine, now my facebook connect loops infinitely after logging in.

google just truns up a lot of questions with no answers. developers, are you awake?

seriously - why does the CONNECT button show up sometimes, and other times not at all?

first of all, let me start this by saying in bold, but not yelling, I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON HAVING THIS PROBLEM.

THE ISSUE: *sometimes* the fac ebook connect button shows up, *most* of the time it doesn't!

there is no other information to say about this. this is how it goes down, every time!

versions of whatever being used:
FBC: 7.x-3.x-dev
DRUPAL: 7.9

i am posting this only here, because drupal.org forums are horrible. i hope someone can help here faster than at drupal, where i would be told by some smarmy admin to ask here anyway.

errors using current Drupal4FB module as on december 2011

i was really hoping for a module that worked first time out of the box for my drupal, but seems as though this is also unstable.

will someone please help me with this? below are the given errors.

DRUPAL v7.x - i won't revert to 6.x - that's out of the question. this needs to work on 7.x

D4FB - 7.x-3.x-dev

please, help me. honestly.

Warning: include(/src/facebook.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in fb_requirements() (line 66 of C:\xampp\htdocs\drupal\phswap\sites\all\modules\fb\fb.install).

I'm lost and need help.

Hi All

I'm new at Drupal, new at Drupal for Facebook, weak at PHP and still I install the dev version of DFF 7x. I'm thinking I should have gone with Drupal 6x.

Anyway. So here's the problem.

The installation of all the required modules was fairly smooth, however, after I enable the Facebook API (7.x-3.x-dev). If I click on "configuration" in the admin menu, I get the following:
