How do you post so that it is also on the newsfeed?

I am able to post using stream and it shows up on my timeline but never shows up on the newsfeed? Any suggestions?

Timeline activity is only visible to the developer until the timeline actions are approved. Have you gone through that whole process?

Even then, you can control per app who might see your timeline activity. Make sure that's set so everyone can see it.
