Drupal 7 for Facebook

It's a new year... there's a new drupal... and I'm very happy to report a new version of modules/fb for Drupal 7!

It is a work in progress, as modules/fb contains a number of sub-modules; as I write this, only the most important have been upgraded to D7.

You can help by testing the new version, and report any problems to the issue queue.

At the risk of repeating myself, a huge shout out to Andre (a.k.a aangel) for his work on this upgrade, as well as the D6 branch.

An equally loud shout to Stacy Wray for her work on the modules/fb documentation, which rocks thanks to her efforts.

And of course a thanks to the Knight Foundation for their grant, which has sponsored most of this project.

Are you open to sharing the D7 dev branch? As read-only, of course. Perhaps others could help with the D7 upgrade process. I might be able to chip in once I get a bit more familiar with this module.

Thank you for the excellent module. I am having a little issue with the url re-writing for the facebook app links. Other than the "add new comment" link and the page number buttons all links lead back to my www.closedtocommenting.com rather than http://apps.facebook.com/closedtocommenting. Anyway, I'm not sure if this is due to a bug or due to my inexperience with this module, but I will keep working on it and see! Thanks again, Dennis

YAY! I finally got the canvas page to resize properly and got rid of those ugly scrollbars. Now if I could only figure out the URl Re-write. As of now the only link that works is the "add new comment". I'm not showing primary menu ATM but last time I checked they where also working correctly. Node titles, read more button still point to www.closedtocommenting.com rather than http://apps.facebook.com/closedtocommenting. Still working on it...

Found this just when I am looking into the whole FB-Apps-Topic, and since my webpage runs on Drupal and I quite like it I immediately installed it to check out what it offers me (on it's own instance of Drupal, I still need to Update my hp) ^^
