Add DFF app tab to existing application

I have an existing FB page and would like to add a tab with content from a DFF site to this page.

Presumably I have to make my DFF app a tab provider, then add that app and then add the tab from the app to the page?

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Here are the steps I took to do same:

1. Create a Facebook Page, eg http://www.facebook.com/pages/Giant-Robot/130007533704480 (created by normal "Add Page" method in FB)
2. Create a Facebook App using DFF, eg http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=29019027169
3. In app settings, under Profiles => Profile Tab, set the DFF path to use for tab content.
4. Visit the App page (eg http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=29019027169 ) & add FB app to your FB user a/c.
4. Click "Add to my Page" on the app page. Choose page to add the app to.
5. Visit the Facebook Page and edit it to change settings (eg make DFF tab the default).
