I can't seem to log out of this site! When I click log out, the page reloads and I'm automatically logged back in again...

Not sure if this matters, but I changed my username from NNNNNN@facebook.com to Muchacho.

A couple of logout issues were recently fixed. The the .dev release or rc12 (when it is released).

What should happen is the logout link should log you out of this site and facebook (if you are connected). I'll try to track down the problem next week.

I cannot logout - instead I am taken to http://www.schweboo.com/home/?q=logout with the message "ACCESS DENIED" and my Facebook picture remains in place in the Facebook Connect block

Any ideas

You might not have clean urls enabled, which can cause problems.

I'm not sure your other settings, so I'm not sure what's wrong, but a similar problem is being tracked here: http://drupal.org/node/1022932
